REFUND POLICY


FOR PRE-OWNED & SALE ORDER:
- ALL PRE- OWNED & SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- PRE-OWNED & SALE PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.


FOR INSTANT ORDER:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 DAYS of the original order’s arrival. 
- Item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unopened, unworn or unused, with gift bag, and in its original packaging. Important: If you want a full refund, you must return Jarlia By Jolina gift bag, and in its original packaging. If you return part of the packaging and gift bag, you get a partial refund.
- Customers returning products internationally must pay all associated duties and taxes for the shipment, or Jarlia By Jolina will not be able to accept the return.

- All sale and pre-owned items are final, we do not accept cancellations. 
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs + fees.

- Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be provided for the cost of the item(s) only. Delivery/postage charges will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or was sent incorrectly.
 
POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
•Postage Charges:
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, postage and shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds are limited to the cost of the item(s) only.
