Lost or stolen packages
Please note we are not liable after postage for lost/stolen package(s). We can not replace a stolen package nor can we replace a lost package. If you will not be home during the time your package will be delivered please contact Royal Mail via www.royalmail.com/change-delivery-option to choose a different delivery option. For US contact your closest USPS/UPS station and ask that they hold the package until you are able to pick it up physically or contact them via the website at www.USPS.com. You can also reach out directly through the courier (UPS,USPS) to file a claim for lost and stolen packages via www.usps.com/help/international-claims.htm. For all other international orders contact your international Royal Mail delivery partner for your country.

All UK parcel are ship via Royal Mail with a choice of our track 24h or 48h service, check your delivery’s progress via www.royalmail.com. Our International orders are sent via Royal Mail track service, follow your International Tracked items on Royal Mail overseas partner sites at www.royalmail.com/sending/international/international-tracked-signed/delivery-partners
